A private bedroom is available for a female roommate in our apartment at Royal Grand starting from 07/15. Rent is $825 a month, and utilities and Wi-Fi are not included but will be split evenly. The room comes with a shared bathroom, and the apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice living space. The community itself features a gym and a swimming pool. It's also super close to the NSU campus, which is perfect for students! We are looking for a clean, friendly, and responsible female roommate to join us.
