Looking Roomie to join our house!

We are looking for the roommates for main floor room to join our house. 4 rooms in the house(3 rooms upstairs and one room on main floor) as landlord me and my wife took 2 rooms upstairs and have own bathroom.available main floor spacious bedroom with walk in closet.half bathroom on main floor and share full bathroom upstairs with one female roommate.1400$ included all utilities:wifi/ laundry/HVAC electricity/hot water.big garden with fruit tree (u pick yourself) in the front yard and 2 big patio and one deck for outdoor activities.please DM for virtual or in person tour for our house.
