Private bedroom available in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. A couple currently occupies one of the bedrooms, and we are looking to rent the second bedroom.
The room includes: • Private bathroom • Large built-in closet • Bed (can be removed with prior coordination if you prefer to use your own furniture)
The room is available for a single person or a couple for a 6-month term, from August 2026 through January 2027.
The apartment is fully habitable and move-in ready starting August 1, 2026. Electricity is not included in the rent. The monthly electric bill will be divided equally among the occupants. Please contact me for more details, photos, and rental terms.
