Beautiful, quiet neighborhood!

Hi! I have a room up for rent that's big enough for 1-2 people. The lease starts on August 1st. Exact address and pictures of the rest of the house can be sent upon request. 3 bed, 2 bath house with approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. Very quiet and safe neighborhood on a dead-end street with a lovely little lake in walking distance. 5 minutes from Harris Teeter and Lowe's Foods shopping centers, and 10 minutes from GTCC and HP City Lake Park. Rent is $635/month, and utilities typically run between $100–$150 per month, so we rarely pay more than about $775 per person. You'd be sharing the house with two roommates who value cleanliness, privacy, and respecting each other's personal space. The shared areas include a spacious living room, dining room, full kitchen, front porch, and back porch. The house also has a pantry, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. We do have a garage but it's a bit full and we're currently in the process of cleaning it out. We tend to keep things pretty quiet and don't have guests over very often, but we're absolutely fine with roommates having friends over. We just ask for a heads up so we can make sure the pets are in their rooms. I have two friendly cats and a husky mix. The cats are *not* outdoor cats and spend most of their time in my bedroom. The dog just turned 3, is fully housebroken/very well behaved and loves meeting new people!! But he'll be just as comfortable in the other bedroom when guests are over if you'd prefer that. As an added bonus, we have just about every streaming service you can think of, and you're welcome to use them on the living room TV. I also bake a lot, and there's always plenty to share! I'm looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and a good fit for a peaceful, comfortable home environment. My roommate and I would also prefer a non-smoker.
