Roommate Wanted- Master Bedroom

Hey guys, looking to rent out a master bedroom or have a roommate possibly by next Sunday-Monday. Two-story condo apartment, 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Master bedroom is fully furnished with bed, TV and dresser, has two closets as well. Cats allowed, as I have a cat of my own (NO DOGS). I work a lot and mostly keep to myself. I am a gamer so I tend to get loud but at night I'm pretty quiet and conscious of others who are sleeping. I like to play music on my speaker on occasion as well. Overall I am very friendly and easygoing, but I absolutely will say something if boundaries are broken or rules aren't being followed. Rules:
-MUST PAY RAY RENT ON THE 5TH OF EVERY MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Must be clean and tidy in shared areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. WASH YOUR DISHES!!! -Absolutely NO inviting people over. Please go to their house if you feel the need to hang out. My house, my rules.
-Stay out of my room when I'm absent/knock when I am home. It's just common courtesy.
-Keep your room free of food and dishes. It can and will attract ants and they are a PAIN to get rid of.
-As an extension of Rule 3, no I will not let your S/O "crash till they're back on their feet". Not unless they're going to pay $800 on the 5th of every month.
-Any pets that aren't dogs are welcome. I have a cat, I don't need to say the rest. Upfront I want $800 in-hand, and then $800 on the 5th of every month to cover rent and bills. Minimum Stay: 12 months.
Maximum Stay: 36 months. MUST HAVE SECURE JOB
NO COUPLES
MUST BE BETWEEN 21-30
