Note: The homeowner works professional shifts. The rest of the family is away for the summer, so the house is exceptionally quiet during the day—ideal for night-shift healthcare workers who need undisturbed sleep.
Rent & Terms:
Rent: $850/month per room, or $1,600/month for the entire 2-bedroom suite.
Utilities and WiFi included.
No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests.
