Each room has 1 dedicated parking spot in driveway. DEPOSIT. Internet & all other utilities are included (EXCEPT electric which is divided by all roomies). Access to: shared living room with a big screen TV, laundry (washer/dryer on-) & kitchen, including a refrigerator will be provided (to be shared with one other roomie, a personal mini fridge in the room is also acceptable) House temperature is kept comfortable year round, especially during the summer!
