ISO room or roommates!

Hi! I’m a 35yo female in search of a room (or place with 1-2 roommates) within the following parameters: Finch (North), York Mills (South), The Allan (West) & Vic Park (East). Budget: $950 including utilities and non-street parking. Ideally furnished, but okay with non-furnished! I am a quiet person that likes to keep things tidy and am not into drinking, drugs or parties, but don’t mind simple socializing/getting to know roommates. As an adult in long-term relationship, I’d prefer to find a place that will allow for my partner to visit/stay overnight once or twice a month maximum. We are both respectful - I’d have him meet roommates prior to staying over initially and always like to ask roommates days in advance if they’re okay with him coming/staying over.
