Hi! I’m a 33 year old nursing student looking for a room or roommate situation in Miami with a move in date around July 1. I’m interested in areas such as Edgewater, Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, Shenandoah, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and nearby neighborhoods. My budget is up to $1,450 per month depending on the location and setup. I’m very clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, and focused on school and work. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and am looking for roommates who value cleanliness and good communication. I also have a small emotional support dog who is sweet, well behaved, and stays with me. He is not destructive and is used to apartment living. Ideally I’m looking for a room in an existing apartment or a roommate interested in sharing a 2 bedroom apartment.
