Shoe rack available, drawers for knickknacks. I have streaming services as well (no hulu; no hbo; no disney) Neighborhood is relatively peaceful. Unit neighbors are an attorney and school counselor with 2 dogs. Bus stop around the corner. Dispensary around the corner. Close to ashby freeway exit, ashby bart, and Bay St. Restaurants, coffee shops, small grocer markets within walking distance.
