Christian man as a housemate

Looking for a man who wants a room for himself in a house nearby USC. The room is on the second floor of a house. It comes with a AC unit in the window, it can get hot in the summer. You will have a nice spacious closet. The place has 1.5 bathrooms. We will be responsible for utilities & the internet. Just send me a message and I can show you more. The pictures shown have some of our gear that we just moved into the roommate for a short term. The place has a basement and we will be putting that stuff down shortly. You of course are free to use the basement to store your gear. We do have the laundry (washing machine & dryer) in the house. There is no parking space, we park on the street. One housemate is leaving shortly and we will likely get a third roommate during your stay. The first month you have to put down a deposit equal to your rent. I am a Christian so that is what I prefer, but I'm open to anyone that is reasonable. Message/Call me and we can talk.
