Looking for a roommate!

Hi! I have a sublease opportunity asap - May 2027 for the second bedroom in this 3 bed 1.5 bathroom ground floor duplex. I’ve lived here for over a year now and after signing the new lease my previous roommate had to leave suddenly. Your portion of the rent would cover a private bedroom and garage space. Looking for an immediate move in from a likeminded individual. I work from home with a 9-5 work life balance. In my downtime at home I enjoy to read, crochet, paint, engage in media like Video Games, movies/tv. I tend to be a homebody but do enjoy going out every now and then. Hoping to find someone who is respectful and understanding, someone who I could easily become friends with as well.
