I’m after a fully functioning adult who knows how to clean up after themselves, contribute to keeping shared spaces tidy, and generally live responsibly without needing reminders or guidance on basic house-sharing etiquette. I live in the apartment part-time due to a standard work rotation, and I work from home on Mondays and Wednesdays.
