Room in House Next to Duke East

Hi, my name is Sean. I am a 25-year grad student, looking for a roommate in a four bedroom house. The room is in Durham. The monthly rent is $1082 and the room is available on July 1st (or the 14th if you'd prefer). The house is right next to East Campus and ninth street. The lease would start on July 1st, but we are flexible on having you move in later too (and prorating the lease), if that works better for you. Features: 7 min walk from Brodie Gym on East

7 min walk to Harris Teeter or Whole Foods
Less than 1 min walk to gas station or Dollar General
Who we are: me (Sean, a PhD student in German Studies), Jon (a labtech), and Habeeb (also a PhD student in German Studies). We are looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves, who will pitch in every so often when the house needs tidying up, and who likes to chill and hang out at the end of a long day! The room opening up we call “the palace.” It’s the master bedroom of the house, featuring: Walk-in Closet
