Grad Student Looking for Roommates

Looking for a room near UW starting this fall. I'm hoping to find roommates who are clean, respectful, and communicative. In an ideal world, I'd love to be friends with my roommates and not just share a house. Whether that's grabbing dinner/drinks, exploring Seattle, or simply hanging out from time to time, having some sense of community at home is important to me. That being said, I also respect everyone's independence and personal space.
