Hello everyone, We are currently 2 people living in the apartment and are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate who does not use illegal drugs. The apartment is located in the heart of Escondido, within about a 5-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. The community offers great amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and BBQ area. The available room is very spacious and includes a walk-in closet and a large private bathroom.
