2 Room 2 Bath

I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment reserved for The Parc on Center, and am offering the spare bedroom and bathroom. The spare room is separate from the bathroom but only by a short hallway, which is still very private. All the rooms and bathrooms are equal in size. The apartment is a short drive from the UVU campus and is pet-friendly. It is not pre-furnished but includes a washer and dryer. I am planning to move in on July 18th and am looking for one other roommate to split rent with (which would end up being 795 each, not including utilities). The rooms are on either side of the living room, so everything is private. I am a very organized, quiet, and clean person who has had roommates for around 4 years now. I am eager to find someone to share this space with!
