Hello! I am looking for two new housemates for my beautiful house in Greenwood. House is within walking distance of Green Lake, two blocks from Greenwood Ave/Phinney Ridge, and close to the E and 5 bus lines, amazing location! Parking spot included, spacious storage area and shared bathroom downstairs. The smaller bedroom rents for $1245 and the larger bedroom rents for $1375 (utilities not included). Both rooms are downstairs and stay cool during the summer. Downstairs is a spacious entryway with a small sink and mini fridge, built-in shelving and closet areas, a shared bathroom with a shower and tub, and a laundry room with ample storage space. The rooms are pictured with furniture but they will be unfurnished for move-in. Upstairs is a beautiful living room with lots of natural light, a spare room used for storage, my bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a nice kitchen including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher. There is also an outside deck area above the three parking spots, which would be a lovely place to spend summer days lounging outside. The house holds 3 people total, and I am looking for two new compatible people to sign a 1-year lease starting August 1st. The smaller bedroom is available to sublet in June/July, if you need an earlier move-in date. We will need to apply through the landlord with a background check, etc., to secure the house for a one year lease term. There is currently one cat in the home, and other pets might be accepted (case by case basis). I am a kind and quiet teacher in her thirties, I love living with other people and I like to live with people who will keep the house clean and beautiful.
