Lease take over- Cap Hill Hi! I’m Looking for someone who is trying to find a lease take over starting in July thru when our lease ends in October with the option to renew. I will be moving out on the 3rd of July so you’re more than welcome to move in same day or anytime after. You’d be taking over my portion of a 2 bed 1 bath corner facing apartment, right in the heart of cap hill Seattle. Our place is right across from the link station, the farmers market, multiple busses, and the street car. Females only please. The other roommate Briana, lives here with her sweet kitty Kyoshi, our lease doesn’t allow more pets unfortunately. Our property manager is very friendly, we have huge open windows in the living room so there’s lots of natural light, your room has a ceiling fan, the complex has a study area in the lobby as well as rooftop space with grills and a fire pit, washer and dryer are in the apartment.
