◦ Roommate #1: 29, works at a daycare
◦ Roommate #2: 26, engineer • Friendly, respectful, and drama-free household • Shared kitchen with communal use of pots, pans, and kitchen essentials • No strict overnight guest policy, we just ask everyone to communicate with the house if guests are visiting • Rotating weekly chore schedule • Looking for someone who is respectful, cleans up after themselves, participates in chores, and pays rent on time • Tours available after 3:00 PM.
