I’m a gay man (55yo) with two sweet dogs (Boston Terriers) with a room for rent in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. I am very mellow, quiet, very tidy, and work oriented. A room upstairs is being rented by another gay man, also very quiet and easy going. Seeking another person with a similar desire to live in a peaceful, drama free environment. Emphasis will be on finding the right person. The downstairs room is perfect for a student or similar that enjoys a quiet, private space in a great neighborhood close to parks and public transportation. Strong preference to find another from the LGBTQ+ community.
With the exception of your bedroom (a very large 12’ x 23’ w/closet), the house is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen w/ nook, (1) shared bathroom, dining room, deck, laundry room/storage, detached garage/storage. I keep up with the yard work and chores and you’ll need to be on board with keeping shared kitchen and bathroom areas super tidy and very clean. No additional pets, smoking or drug use. Social alcoholic beverages definitely okay.
