Prefer any male or female either way I keep to myself, respect privacy, work full time plan to work another second job get out 5 year debt knock it down to 3. I pay always on time I dont like owe anyone. I pay what I owe & on time. If female understand I want no perv xchange just mutual respect & privacy. a homebody but wont be as much home oyher than to sleep. I need a place for my cat & dog & safe place for my daughter visit me. I have 1st month & security deposit ready.
