Nice furnished room in Ft. Myers

Nice furnished room in Fort Myers. Private bath that would be all yours, but it is in the hallway all utilities included. I am a smoker, but will smoke outside if I have a roommate. I’m looking for either a female or an LGBTQ plus male I prefer someone who works outside of the home because I work remotely from home. I’m easy-going and don’t take life too seriously. This is a townhouse but that’s wasn’t an option in the types of buildings.
