I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with my twin brother who is moving to Austin for school about 7 weeks before the lease ends. Ideally would like to have someone sublease and then sign the new lease with me for another term. I really love the apartment and location (on the Trinity River) and would hate to move.
