Two roommates and a very sweet cat. Full disclosure: the current couple is going through a cordial breakup. One roommate (the cat owner) will be moving out between January and March 2027. The vibe in the home is incredibly peaceful, mature, and respectful, and we intend to keep it that way! We are looking for someone who values a low-drama, communicative environment. After March 2027, you will be sharing the lease with the remaining roommate until October 2027. **SHARED bathroom! There is a resident cat in the home. You MUST be animal-friendly and comfortable living with a cat (at least until the owner relocates in early 2027).**
