Hello! I’m looking to fill my room as I am moving out. You’d be living with 2 awesome guys who are interested in someone who’s social and clean. I’m trying to fill this by June 1st but could split rent with you for June if you need to move in later in the month. The room is available for rent starting June 1st in a great, safe location just 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego and North Park. Lease length is month to month. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a school, making it a calm and secure area. Rent per person is $1206 which is such a great deal for the quality of house. Utilities usually run around $100 with water, SDGE, WiFi. This can go up in the summer if you decide to run the AC which works very well.
