*For location purposes Mountain States Toyota* Rent includes: WiFi, utilities and trash. Cleaning lady comes biweekly to clean the common areas (kitchen/bathrooms) this fee is also included in rent. On street parking. *Storage for seasonal items such as kayak, paddle board, snow board, bicycle etc (within reason) can be stored for a small additional fee. Laundry is available on (clothing only) Requirements:

NO PETS (4 cats live in home)
NO CIGARETTE SMOKERS (preferably) Single occupant (preferred)
No drug use in or around the house. What you do out in the world is on you. Please do not bring it home! LGBTQ SAFE AND FRIENDLY
