Looking for a clean, respectful female housemate to share my beautiful 3800+ sq ft home in a quiet upscale neighborhood near 1-77, shopping, and restaurants. Private furnished bedroom with shared upstairs bathroom (plus additional full bath downstairs). You'll have access to the kitchen, living spaces, laundry room, and the rest of the home — this is truly more of a home share than just renting a room. This room also has a very large walk in closet (the picture does not do it justice) Rent is $1,050/month and includes:
• All utilities + internet
• Monthly professional cleaning service
• Access to neighborhood amenities: pool, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and parks About the home/environment:
• Quiet, clean, respectful household
• No parties
• Occasional visitors are fine, but female roommates only
