Looking for a female roommate

Hi I’m looking for a female roommate to move in late June to early July because my roommate is moving back to California. The apartment building is a high rise apartment complex in Cherry creek. Like right next to infinity park. It’s got a pool, a package room, a gym, and a golf simulator which is kinda random but we have it. The apartment will be furnished except your room. There’s a couch, rug, TV, dining area, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and in unit washer dryer. Rent will be about 2800 split between the two of us but I’m trying to argue for it to be lower so stay tuned. About me: I’m a 25 yo Muslim girl. I have a cat named Anaar. I’m honestly usually in my room playing video games or reading or sleeping. I enjoy growing plants in the apartment and I’m open to other pets if you’re okay to work through a slow introduction period with my cat just cuz she’s a lil bit of an anxious cat.
