Hello 👋 I’m a 35-year-old working professional in healthcare currently looking to rent a one-bedroom apartment, condo or small house in the Chesterfield and surrounding areas. I work days a week, live a quiet lifestyle, and spend most of my free time at the gym or relaxing at home. I do not party, smoke, have pets, or children, and I take pride in being respectful and responsible. My budget is $750–$1,000 per month depending on the property. If it is a house or a suitable unit, I am also able to pay up to two months’ rent upfront if needed. While I may not be employed at the moment I live too far north to keep going back-and-forth to the city for potential job interviews. I do have bank statements,my tax Return and can reliably pay rent on time. I’m looking to rent a clean, safe, quiet place and would be a dependable short/long-term tenant.
