Looking for F Roomie in 20s

Hi! My name is Stevens and I’m a 22-year-old IT professional looking for a roommate in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area. I have a few places I’ve been looking at but would like a roommate to help cut costs. I graduated from FSU in December and moved down here in March, but my current 3 month lease is almost up and I’m trying to find somewhere more permanent. An ideal roommate would be someone roughly my age and DRAMA FREE. I really value peace and respect in my living space, and I do not tolerate passive aggression. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so I’d need some space and a quiet respectful environment to work. I don’t require “neatness” but cleanliness is very important, no bugs or health hazards lol. I have a 6 month old golden retriever named Honey, ideally my roommate would help me out with her and let her outside/feed her if possible when I’m at work if she’s home. Honey is a good girl and loving of all, but you need to be cool with puppy antics to live with us! She’s got a lot of energy (and love) to share! I have a long-term bf who may visit occasionally but lives 6 hours away so he typically stays for a week and goes home every month or so.
