Hello, We have a room available in our four-bedroom apartment at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks apartments complex. The room is unfurnished. You will have to bring a bed or whatever you want. It is 148 ft^2: 132 ft^2 of main space plus ~16 ft^2 of closet space. We have high speed internet, which includes WiFi, but also an optional hard cable for superior latency. The bathroom is shared with two other roommates. In order to live in the apartment, you have to join the lease, which requires a background, credit, and income check by the apartment complex for $75. If you have a felony, they will reject you. Please message with any questions. Available to move-in June 4th, 2026. While the price for the room is $555, there are variable utilities that work out to about another $125/month.
We are three young and middle-aged male professionals. One of us is in the trades and the other two are in software. We mostly stick to ourselves, work on our careers, and relax at night and the weekends with some sort of hobby separately. We are respectful of one another and solve problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
