Private Furnished Room for Rent – $900/Month (Utilities Included) Looking for someone in their 20s to early 30s to rent a furnished private room in my house. I’m 25 and have been renovating the home over the past year, and it’s pretty much fully updated at this point. The room comes fully furnished and includes access to a shared bathroom. Rent is a flat $900/month and includes all utilities. Some perks of the house: Sauna and cold plunge in the garage that you’re free to use Decent-sized backyard (currently still being improved — adding a nice lanai soon) Quiet and relaxed atmosphere Some dogs may be welcome with approval I work from home some days, so I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing.
