I’m looking to transfer my lease

I have signed a lease at the Fifty Twenty- Apartments on Collwood Blvd. I am looking for someone who has not signed a lease and is willing to be a relet. The process is simple, and whoever relets would simply have my lease transferred to them. The rent is almost 50 dollars cheaper with this lease than it would be if you signed a lease now, as I signed it back in March.
