House includes a large back yard with a yoga hut and a half basketball court, and a large, soundproofed great room with a gas fireplace, baby grand piano, and a fully stocked kitchen with two microwaves, oven, and a Viking Professional gas stove. Property is a 5 min walk from Avent Park, 15 min walk from the Square, and a 30 min walk from Ole Miss. Free public transportation is available and has several stops close by as well. There are currently 3 other tenants in the house. One is a ghost who is hardly at the house, and the other two are regularly home and have their significant others visit weekly. All tenants will remain until at least the end of July, with potential for a full- time lease starting on Aug 1st. The sublet must be at least through June and July.
