Hello, my name is Kai (k-i). I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bedroom 2 bedroom condo. The bedroom has an in suite bathroom. It includes a parking space and utilities. Rent is $1,300, but negotiable. In unit washer and dryer. It’s in Alexandria VA near route one and the Cosco, Walmart, and Aldi. It’s a 10 minute walk to the F1X or 171 bus. The 151 bus is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. About me: I am 30 years old. I am non-binary person (they/them, pronouns). I like reading books, watching shows, playing board games, Magic the Gathering, and video games. I think communication is key to having a successful Roommate environment.
