Furnished rooms in Richmond Hill

I have two furnished rooms available in my Richmond Hill home. Rent for each room is only $700/mo, and that includes utilities. I do allow pets, and I do not charge for them either. The home is situated in a quiet suburb in the heart of Richmond Hill, and the house itself is generally clean, calm, and quiet. Currently the only residents (myself and a coworker) work night shift, so we go unnoticed most of the time.
