Seeking Live-In Nanny (Near CSUN)

Hi, my name is Kashmir. I am a 35-year old professional. I am looking to rent out a room in Los Angeles in exchange for nanny services. I am near CSUN. Seeking a long-term boarder to provide services in exchange for partial rent. Services:
Childcare, pet care, light housework Housework:
Minimal. Light dishes. Sweeping. Pet Care:
Walk the dog 2x day. Clean the poop/ pee pads off the patio. Full disclosure: the dog is NOT leash trained and she WILL pull you. Dog food down 3x a day. Cat food down 3x a week. Refill water bowls 3x a week. Scoop litter box daily. Fully clean litter boxes weekly. Childcare:
Easy, developmentally on track, and non-colicky baby. Right now, I am on maternity leave and I’m just home all day every day with the baby. In 8 weeks, I am going back to work from home. Then, I will require full time child care from home. The baby will be 3 months. I think this position would be ideal for:
A student- because I am not your mom and I don’t care if you bring your bf (gf/ they friend) over. As well as, it is okay if your class schedule changes every 3 months (every semester), as I set my own schedule and can accommodate. I think this position would not suit:
Someone who is not physically capable of holding back a large dog. Lifestyle:
I do not care if you smoke weed or cigarettes but you must shower before holding the baby. I do not care if you drink recreationally. Loud music doesn’t bother me or the baby and I don’t really care what time of day you play it. Boarding:
You can choose between a furnished or unfurnished room. All utilities included. All streaming included. All toiletries included. All groceries included. Amenities:
Laundry in unit. Pool/ sauna on property. Guest parking available and I will lobby for you to get permanent parking with the HOA. Rent: $1000 + Labor Move-In: May or June I am flexible about rent/ pay. Example: full time baby sitting and no rent. Example: part time baby sitting and $500 rent.
