IN-LAW APARTMENT

Searching for an IN-LAW APARTMENT. One bedroom, one bath, washer/dryer or hook up for a washer/dryer. I’m a quiet female senior of 68 years old. I’m a nonsmoker & not a drinker. I live a quiet life. I’ve lived alone for (30) years. No baggage. No drama. I love my life. I do have an ESA that is a small whippet. He is (4) years old. Whippets don’t bark but only once in a while. Very rare. If he would let out a bark is scares me as he never barks. He is neutered, shots, chip and he’s very well mannered. He’s very clean and well trained. I also have a (17) year old male neutered declawed cat. He’s litter trained as he doesn’t go outside. He’s also very well trained. I can give excellent references. I would love to find an IN-LAW APARTMENT that has a front or back porch so I can enjoy outside. Swimming pool would be a plus. Off street parking. I’m very clean & can give excellent references.
