I’m currently finishing up a probation program and will be working full-time once I leave. I have my own reliable car, a clean record (no sex offenses or violent crimes), and I haven’t been in any trouble in over 5 years. I’m quiet, respectful, and just need a stable place I can call my own. I do spend some nights at my girlfriend’s place, so I won’t be there 24/7.
