Room for rent

600$ a month plus splitting bills which can be around an extra 60$-70$ extra a month. I live in a quiet brand new community and prefer a female. No pets, near a lot of restaurants and stores. Month to month agreement. Open to visitors but no overnight stay due to my past experiences. I am asking for someone that can communicate, responsible, clean after themselves and okay with my one child. I do have one dog. I would need to verify background and paystubs to make sure rent can be paid. There is 60$ fee for applying and a 150$ deposit for damages. Little about myself I am a 32 year old female, truck driver and also going to school. I do workout in the mornings and have a whole gym set up in my garage that you can also use. My mom lives with me to watch my son while I am at work but we are all pretty laid back. I work a lot so you will see my mom and son more often but they are really friendly.
