&700 Room for Rent Northridge

We have a room for rent in our 4 bedroom home in Northridge, one block away from CSUN, walking distance. We have a spacious living room and kitchen with a pool in the backyard.« **In order to apply. you must pass a credit check.

There is a room available in our 4 bd, 2 bath house on a quiet residential street, 1 block away from CSUN.
House is 1900+ sq ft. We have a spacious living room with a fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, and pool in the backyard. Move in date would be June 1st. We are currently 3 roommates from mid 20s to early 30s, csun grads/working etc. We prefer someone within that same age range. We are looking for a responsible, clean and laid back (female only) roommate since there is a shared bathroom. It is a quiet house and we will not be accepting pets. No kids. We also share common areas in the house and expect them to be cleaned weekly. We prefer a laid back personality that keeps the space relatively quiet since we all have different schedules. The room for rent is is $700. It is a lease, no month to month. This does not include utilities which are always split 4 ways. Depending on use and time of year, utilities can vary from 150-250 per person every 2 months (higher in summer months). Gas and internet is monthly. Owner pays for pool service and gardener.
