$550/mo Unfurnished room for rent

Hi,
I have a 3bd/2 bath apt and I'm subletting 1 of the bedrooms. seeking someone that is law-abiding, drama free, considerate, courteous, and respectful. I have tolerance and understanding for those can't abide by my house rules. 1st month's rent and a $300 refundable security deposit is required upon moving in. Serious inquiries only. Application and screening process will be done virtually.
*The room is unfurnished as shown in the photos.
*The bathroom is shared (whenever both rooms are occupied).
*No Pets or "extra tenants" allowed (meaning don't bring roaches, rats, bedbugs, etc., with you).
*I prefer you make 3 times the rent with verifiable income.
*You must have a Full-time steady job or steady income.
*Don’t do hard drugs, or have any substance abuse problems.
*Must be busy with your own life/schedule.
*Must adhere to my No Sleepover Policy until i feel comfortable enough to allow it (when living in someone elses home, you shouldn't bring any sleepover pals period).
*Due to previous experiences, it's best to approach this as a month-to-month sublease for the first 90 days (meaning I'm not willing to agree to an extended stay upfront). We can discuss extended stay once we both feel comfortable with the living arrangements after the probationary period (90 days) have passed.
