You will live around the corner from Donlands subway station, a -minute walk from Greek Town with its restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, and with grocery stores, LCBO/beer store and a 24hr convenience store nearby. The main living and dining room area is [15’x32’], there is a half bathroom in the first floor and a full bathroom in the second floor. The house has a great kitchen, brand new renovated, just amazing. You will have your own laundry (washing machine and dryer) and gas You will live on a calm street with great neighbours and, on the upper levels of the house, there are three young professionals / students late 20s, early 30s with a passion for travelling and hanging out – all friendly, multi-lingual (Spanish / French), respectful, quiet and clean. Your rent will be $930 per month, excluding utilities. We are looking for a one-year minimum stay, and first and last month’s rent will be required.
