Security deposits equal the rent for each room. Move-in is available after the deposit and first month’s rent. Lease term is one year. Private bathroom. You would be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities. This single-story home in Mountlake Terrace has been recently remodeled. There are two roommates currently living in the house who share one of the bathrooms. Additionally, there is one indoor cat residing on the property.Bedroom has two closets. The room is unfurnished. Three renters will live in the house.
