The available room is approximately 10x15 ft and includes your own private bathroom, plus additional storage space in the garage. You’ll also have full access to all shared/common areas including the kitchen, living room, and laundry. The household is low-drama, clean, and respectful, and I’m ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is employed full-time, responsible, considerate, and without children. This would be a great fit for someone with a steady routine who appreciates a calm and comfortable home environment. Utilities including PG&E, water, and garbage are split between housemates.
