Looking to rent extra room in 2 bd/2ba apartment. You will also have your own bathroom. Apartment has an amazing location right on the corner of Washington and Heights Blvd, directly behind HEB and adjacent to Spotts Park and Buffalo Bayou. Complex also has great amenities. Solid gym and the best pool in the area. Large pool with four 25m lanes. You can’t ask for a better location. Great walkable restaurants and bars. Easy freeway access, centrally located in the loop. Rate is all inclusive. Wifi, washer/dryer, electric, water, trash, gated parking, renter’s insurance, security deposit all included. I would prefer someone who works nights but it is not a requirement. I’m a small business owner and work long days, usually out by 830am and back between 8pm and 8am. I do have two dogs. They are both sweet and sleep in my room. One of them comes to work with me every day. I’m a clean, quiet person and would be looking for someone who is the same. Apartment is always kept clean. I’m very laid back and easy to get along with. Apartment will be available for move in April 28. You can move in anytime after that and I won’t charge for the remainder of the month. You won’t find a better deal in the Heights area.
