Sublet Summer Apartment UNT

Hello, I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Uptown Denton. Ideally the move in date would be in the first week of May. The rent is $779 per month and utilities is around $50. I am happy to subsidize some of the rent until the lease ends July 31st. The complex also has a resign deal that would deduct about $300 off of the monthly rent for the following year. The unit is a 4x4 and I am in the deluxe room on the top right. Dm me for more information!
