Hi, my name is Katrice and I am 24 years old. I am looking for a room to rent long term. If you are located anywhere in the broward county area feel free to reach out to me. I can move in asap or before June 1st. If your place of residence have WiFi that would be a plus since I am in college. A wash machine/dryer is a plus also. I am also looking for a roommate to find/rent an apartment with. My budget will be $800 then.
