It’s a 3/2. Bedroom 2 is what’s available. Shared bathroom. Base rent ($3,085):
1200 = Master Bedroom
985 = Bedroom 2
900= Bedroom 3 Apartment Complex extra costs: $75 per month (fluctuates) FPL: $40-50 per month (fluctuates) Then we divide the remaining cost of our complex’s expenses; valet trash, WiFi, etc (usually around $220 or so I think, but varies by month) by 3, add that number to each person’s base rent, and that’s everybody’s total for the month. FPL is seperate each month it’s about $135-150 a month. Divide that by 3 as well.
